Driver Hub Terms

The Driver Hub is the private area of portparma.com for Port Parma drivers. By requesting access or using the Hub, you agree to these terms. They add to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Who can use the Hub

Only current drivers of Port Parma Logistics LLC, and staff we authorize, may use the Hub. HR reviews every request and approves only current drivers. Each account is for one person.

Your account

• Keep your password private and do not share your login with anyone, including other drivers.
• If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and tell HR at hr@portparma.com straight away.
• Keep your name and email current. HR can update them for you.

Hub content is confidential

Documents, policies, training materials, videos, announcements and other Hub content are for Port Parma drivers only. Do not copy, forward, post on social media, or share any of it, including video links, with anyone outside Port Parma, unless the content says it may be shared or a manager approves. Use it only for your work with Port Parma. Recognition and event posts may show the names of drivers on our team; please treat them respectfully.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to open parts of the Hub or the website you are not authorized to use.
• Do not download content in bulk or use automated tools on the Hub.
• Do not use the Hub in a way that breaks the law or company policy.

Company policies

The Hub makes company documents easy to find, but it does not replace them. If anything in the Hub conflicts with the Employee Handbook or a written company policy, the handbook or policy applies. Using the Hub does not create an employment contract or change the terms of your employment.

When access ends

Your access ends when you stop driving for Port Parma. HR can also suspend or remove access at any time if these terms are broken or to protect the Hub. Hub content you saved or printed must not be kept or shared after you leave.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use the Hub and how long we keep it.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and announce significant ones in the Hub. Continuing to use the Hub means you accept the updated terms.
